What will you be doing?
- Data entry
- Balance AR and AP
- Review invoices received from vendors for any potential discrepancies and process accordingly
- Answering phones
- Filing and record-keeping
- Provide admin support to managers
- Balancing of manual sub ledgers.
- Assist with shipping of product.
- Other related Duties as Assigned
What are we looking for?
- Sage 50
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Accounts payable and Accounts receivable experience
- Experience in manual reconciliations
