What will you do?


Main Mission: Own & Manage the strategic approach and coverage of National Solution Providers (NSP) focused on targeted verticals – Government, Education and Healthcare (GEM) to drive growth, maintain and expand relationships, and drive the Schneider (APC) brand awareness.

  • Generate revenue growth of Secure Power products, software and services within Government, Education and Healthcare accounts via NSP / OEM partners.
  • Work with National Solution Providers on building and maintaining customer relationships, develop business development strategy and manage the sales cycle for large projects / opportunities.
  • Identify and close opportunities for power, physical infrastructure, and software / digital service solutions through NSP / OEM Partners.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and develop a plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Leverage existing/new relationships within NSP / OEM Partners to drive end user engagement
  • Coordinate / schedule Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure channel partners are aligned with growth targets and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Secure Power / Schneider Electric team to identify cross selling opportunities for all Schneider Electric products and services.
  • Incorporate channel partners in territory marketing plans
  • Provide Sales support for channel partner accounts
  • Drive attendance at regional and national events
  • Ensure channel partner and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
  • 1+ year of sales experience in a multiple distribution channel environment
  • Ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to accurately manage and forecast channels sales activity
  • Strategic thinking, initiative, and leadership skills. Must have strong relationship selling skills within the IT Channel
  • Must be a self-starter and strong closer with multitasking ability
  • Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles along with technical training in a high technology (preferred)
  • Requires practical experience using influence management to achieve goals
  • Ability to travel. This position includes regular travel nationally within Canada (25-45% of time), along with North American and International travel at various times through the calendar year.
