PIZZA PIE, a leading frozen pizza brand and a division of Piano Piano's Frozen Pizza Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pizza Dough Production Person to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire pizza dough production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met consistently.
- Manage and lead a team of dough production personnel, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for dough production, optimizing efficiency and ensuring product consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate raw material availability.
- Collaborate with the Research and Development team to improve existing dough recipes and develop new ones.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the highest product standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dough production area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in the dough production process and implement relevant strategies to enhance productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as packaging and distribution, to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery.
