Administrative Assistant


 

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant II provides clerical and human resources administrative services to the Administration Supervisor and Nursing Department, consistent with the Mission, Vision & Values of Bonnechere Manor.

Qualifications:

· Two year post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Resources or Office Administration or equivalent.

· Minimum of three years’ experience in an administration position, preferably in a health care setting.

· Previous experience in a Human Resources or related field an asset.

· Extensive knowledge of computer systems (MS Office).

· Proven interpersonal abilities with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

· High level of initiative and independent judgement and ability to work with minimum supervision.

· Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Ability to meet and maintain health requirement standards of Bonnechere Manor as per the Long-Term Care Legislation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $29.05-$32.07 per hour
