Customer Service Representative (Oxygen Department)


 

Canadian Home Healthcare is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative in our Oxygen department to become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

The position will require the following but is not an exhaustive list of duties:

  • Data entry
  • Account receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Banking
  • Inventory reconciliations, inventory management
  • Account collections
  • Preparation of clerical accounting reports
  • Assisting internal auditors
  • Filing
  • Completion of client files
  • Phone reception and routing telephone calls
  • Reporting to administrators
  • Booking client appointments
  • Data entry of MOH approvals
  • Reconciling MOH reports
  • Training of future staff

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40. per week
