About the position: Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a vital role in leading and managing operations. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization. The COO collaborates closely with the leadership team to drive innovation, operational excellence, and the achievement of our research and innovation objectives.The successful candidate is able to work remotely, with physical locations in Fredericton, Saint John, and Moncton.
