Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for the restaurant industry? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy, digital sales channels, and consumer marketing activities.
Responsibilities:

• Restaurant Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the restaurant industry to develop strategic insights and business plans that drive sales objectives.
• Brand Development & Implementation: Define brand positioning specific to the restaurant sector and create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Menu Innovation & Optimization: Collaborate with our culinary team to drive food and beverage innovation that keeps our menu fresh and exciting.
• Franchisee Support: Manage franchisee communications and provide guidance on marketing programs and launches to ensure brand consistency across locations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant marketing, with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics and trends.
• Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Familiarity with digital sales channels and online ordering platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing or Business.
• Restaurant marketing experience
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience in the restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with menu innovation and optimization is a plus.
